Cancelation policy
Last minute cancellation, same day cancellation and no show strongly affect us. The full cost of the service fee that you booked your appointment for will still be charged to your credit card on file to compensate the technician for loss of time. If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. If your appointment is cancelled after the 24 hour time frame of appointment clients will be charged 100% of the appointment service value, as we are rarely able to rebook that appointment spot with such short notice. Appointments that more than 15 minutes late are considered a no show and your credit card will be charged for 100 % of the full amount of the service. Showing up late will affect the appointment time frame and your service. Do not proceed. to book an appointment if you do not agree to our cancellation policy.
